I have just come back from a shoot in Lanzarote with the fab glamour photographer Alan Thomas aka AT Glamour London – link here .

A few days before I went, I had to cut my Bracknell tour short due to waking up with a frozen shoulder and trapped nerve shooting down my arm with pounding headache, I don’t know if anyone reading this has ever had pinched/ trapped nerve, but they are bloody painful, and I was a right grumpy c*w.

Managed get booked into chiropractor within 2 days but pain for 2 days was horrendous like being constantly electrocuted down the arm.

So, chiropractor managed to free up neck and shoulder, instant release from the nerve pain/ being electrocuted sensation.

So jumped on flight, even though I was still stiff, put load of deep freeze on my shoulder and got on with the shoot.

So up at crack of dawn / sunrise for the black volcanic beach shoot. Onto the rocks for poses in sexy lingerie, ouch bare feet on sharp volcanic rocks, trying balance and not slip wasn’t fun. I think the fisherman on rocks opposite found it amusing!

Then changed outfits into white beach wear and onto black volcanic beach, where photographer got me posing as waves coming in for more dramatic effect. Except every so often a big wave come, and he shout big one and I had to get up from my pose and run up beach, otherwise been washed away as tide was coming in!

Then I felt something hit my knee but just brushed it off.

It’s only when got back too hotel for my siesta that I realised I scrapped/ cut my knee badly. (Must been a sharp stone/ pebble)

Then onto a car shoot where I posed sexily in heels in denim hot pants and dress and hat in evening / sunset. We were trying find poses cover my swollen/ red/cut knee but think photographer will have to airbrush the cut out of some of the pics!

In pain with my stinging knee and sore / stiff shoulder I’m glad I blur my face as would have been pulling all sorts of funny faces lol.

So finished the day with a jug sangria that numbed the pain.

I spent a few more days , holiday time and managed get a few selfies done in gym wear on golden beach as well.

Overall think managed to pull the shoots off. What us ladies do for photos!

Oh, and knee be a few weeks to heal, so be wearing stockings as much as possible to cover the nasty scrape.
