Cancellation policy / No shows

If you are unable to keep the appointment with me please just drop me a txt to cancel / or rearrange time , with as much notice as possible.

I have no problems with cancellations as I know that life can be unpredictable at times things can crop up that you can’t get out of. Just please msg to let me know you can’t attend x

No shows – Please note anyone that hasn’t got the common courtesy to send a text / Msg cancelling our booking, will not be able to rebook in future and saved as No show.
